Kraline
Kraline is a new mind body workout created by Gemini founder Kristen Aline. Find Kraline (kruh-lean) only at Gemini studios. "After having my second child I needed a workout that would do it all, but without lifting heavy weights or doing high impact exercises. Kraline (kruh-lean) moves you through a series of exercises using very light dumbbells as well as your own body weight as resistance. It is joint friendly and absolutely no impact. The program combines balance, flexibility, core, strength training, and focused breathing into one efficient workout.
