Session Description

Strength Circuit:
A mix of weight training and cardiovascular exercises aimed at improving strength, endurance and cardiovascular power.
Drop in Strength:
Drop in, and our trainers will guide you through a strength training workout designed to improve strength, muscle tone, and improve metabolism. Workout includes core.
Core:
A mix of functional core exercises for abs, back, hips, and thighs.
Kraline:
A new Mind Body workout that uses light weights and your own body weight to sculpt lean muscle while improving balance and flexibility.
Multi Level Yoga:
Yoga for every “body†from beginners to advanced.
