Session Description
- Strength Circuit:
- A mix of weight training and cardiovascular exercises aimed at improving strength, endurance and cardiovascular power.
- Drop in Strength:
- Drop in, and our trainers will guide you through a strength training workout designed to improve strength, muscle tone, and improve metabolism. Workout includes core.
- Core:
- A mix of functional core exercises for abs, back, hips, and thighs.
- Kraline:
- A new Mind Body workout that uses light weights and your own body weight to sculpt lean muscle while improving balance and flexibility.
- Multi Level Yoga:
- Yoga for every “body†from beginners to advanced.
